Pretty organized everything there like a Swiss clock. But not very friendly staff. The building was huge. I had to visit my uncle in Austria and knowing a bit of German from my childhood helped it me a lot. Had I spoken only English and no German, I would still be on the lookout for the dialysis unit. I wonder if that's how a European clinic is supposed to work. The stuff was quite rude also, that's why I selected ''Poor'' for friendliness.
